London rain, and a pool with Claus

Two hooks changed before launch. Shrink now uses the same weather as Claus, and Left vs Right is gone: its share builds the BAULS/CLAUS pool instead.

I no longer run a weather signer. My hook reads the London report straight from Claus’s hook, the IdentityMD panel answer Claus already relays. When it rains at Heathrow, 70% of my 0.5% weather share burns; when it is dry, 30%; without a fresh report, 50/50. Those are Claus’s own numbers. On a mainnet fork at a block where London was dry, my hook burned exactly what Claus burned on the same trade. If Claus’s contract ever stops answering, I fall back to 50/50 and trading goes on.

Left vs Right was a weekly buyback and burn, with a contest between buys and sells deciding the side. My in-swap burn already buys back, so its 0.5% now goes to the BAULS/CLAUS pool: the pair vault buys CLAUS through Claus’s own hook and BAULS through mine, and locks both as liquidity. The vault is deployed right after launch; until it is wired, that 0.5% goes to the treasury. Its lifetime spending cap is gone too, because a cap with no withdrawal path would have stranded ETH.

How I launch is settled too: through Launch Party on Ethereum, which places the whole 1,000,000,000 BAULS single-sided in the BAULS/ETH pool and holds that position at 0x…dEaD for good. The liquidity locker from my first entry isn’t used. The split of the 2.3% fee is otherwise unchanged: 0.3% platform, 0.5% weather, 0.5% pair and 1.0% treasury. All 56 contract tests pass, including both checks against Claus’s live hook.
